All of our products are lovingly handmade to order so take a little bit of time to prepare. We know you will be excited to get your products so we aim to get them dispatched to you within 2-3 working days.
Please be aware around busy periods such as the Holiday season this time may increase but we will let you know in advance is this is the case.
All of our item are handmade. Because of this we do not currently offer a refund policy on purchased items.
However, if your item has arrived and is broken or damaged please let us know and we will be happy to either send another item or issue you a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and a photo of the damaged item.
Refunds will be made automatically back to the original payment method but may take a short time to appear in the account.
We are very sorry to hear your order has not arrived yet.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible but unfortunately there can sometime be delays. We have found if there is a delay, your order should be with you within a few extra days.
If it has been more than 15 working days after your original expected delivery date please contact us at email@example.com using the subject 'My order has not arrived' with your name, order number and any tracking numbers you might have and we will look into the delay.
On the rare and unfortunate occasion your order does not arrive we are more than happy to either refund the order or send it again.
